This is our favorite RV park of all parks! From the help with parking, to the beautifully kept landscape, to the shuttles, what more could you ask? The grounds are so clean the gardeners dead-head the rhododendrons so you don't track the sticky flowers into your rig. A couple of suggestions directed to the park--when you offer free newspapers on the weekends, be sure to have enough so you don't run out by 8:30 am. Also, since you do not allow the washing of rigs, please allow mobile washing services (although we heard a truck/RV wash is being built). Beautiful walking paths and doggy pick-up mitts are provided. Thank you! Spots are plenty long and wide for our 42' motorhome w/4 slideouts.
Stayed here previously in 2004; park has gone downhill since then. Long-term residents have accumulated junk around their spaces (supposedly against park rules). Park is convenient on & off Highway 5 between Medford and Ashland. Decent enough but could use a lot of TLC. Little privacy fences and lawns with trees between spaces. Within easy driving distance to stores and shops. Freeway noise is evident but didn't keep us awake. Would stay here again as location is convenient and there is plenty of room for our 42' motorhome with 4 slideouts.
Although not an actual part of the casino, it is right next to it. For $25/night, its a bargain with full hood-ups. The "travelers" club next to the RV park offers complementary pet care from 9 am-9 pm. The landscaping is young, but when the plants mature, they will offer shade. Expansion is taking place at this very convenient, clean park.
This is a preliminary comment, rather than a review. We were looking forward to camping at this brand new RV resort in late June 2008. According to their website, they opened June 15th. Good thing we called for reservations; they were not expected to open for at least another month. The host I spoke with said there was still "lots" to do. Our motorhome club is booked to stay at this resort in Spring 2009, so we were offered a tour (wearing hard hats) if we liked. Looks great on the web; hope someone reviews this as soon as they are allowed--be sure to call first!
This park looked like it was nice once upon a time but has fallen into disrepair. The staff was polite and friendly. We were told we had WiFi but no one in the park could receive the signal. One customer was walking around the park with his laptop but still could not connect. Only stayed one night and would avoid staying here again.
